Improving Beard Growth

Beard oil…. Will it help your beard grow faster? Beard oil is a great hair conditioner. The right oils can keep a beard in tip top shape.

Much has been said about beards for thousands of years, masculinity, confidence, virility and strength.

Two most important oils for hair are pure argan oil and unrefined jojoba oil. They condition hair for less breakage, so your beard will appear thicker and longer.

There are many other oils that are known to help hair growth like, Jamaican Castor oil, almond, coconut, evening primrose and emu.

The oils moisturize the skin cells underneath the beard. This helps remove unwanted dead skin cells which impacts facial hair growth. The right beard oils will penetrate your pores, enhancing elasticity of your whiskers and improving beard growth.

These oils are high in Vitamin E and essential fatty acids; these naturally occurring antioxidants will strengthen you beard hair.

You do not need to wait for your beard to grow before you use hair oil. Since, it is important to moisturize and nourish your beard as it grows to keep it healthy.

If you want to include some good smells the essential oils ginger, rosemary, lavender and even cinnamon are beneficial for the hair. Just add it to the beard oil you use.

Using a small amount of beard oil in the palm of your hand, massage it into your facial skin and beard. This may be best after washing your beard; distribute the oil evenly throughout. Many recommend a boar’s head hair brush for use on your beard.

This will remove the dead, dry skin cells that can clog pores and cause ingrown hair.

You can even brush your beard in a certain way to train the hair in the direction you want it to lay.
